Additional Information: 

Visa: For EU and EEA nationals, entry to Kyrgyzstan is visa-free for up to 30 days.

Safety and security: Kyrgyzstan is considered a welcoming and generally safe destination for travelers. As in any country, standard travel precautions apply.

Insurance: Clients are responsible for arranging their own valid health and accident insurance, including coverage for activities such as horse riding and hiking. A signed liability waiver is a mandatory condition of participation. While we implement all reasonable safety and precautionary measures, participation in activities is at the client’s own risk.

Food: If you have allergies or dietary restrictions (vegeterian, kosher, halal), please inform us at the time of booking.

Drinking water: Bottled water is widely available and recommended. 

Medicaments: Pharmacies in major cities in Kyrgyzstan operate 24/7. However, participants are responsible for bringing all required personal and emergency medications. During the tour, a basic first-aid kit will be available in the vehicle for minor and general situations. In case of a medical emergency, we will assist with ambulance and hospital contact. 

Sim card: You can buy a prepaid sim card at the airport with unlimited data volume for around 10 EUR. 

Physical requirements: This tour includes moderate physical activity, horseback riding, hiking on uneven terrain, and stays at high altitude. A reasonable level of fitness and mobility is required. Some parts of the tour take place at high altitude (Song-Kul Lake, 3,000 m). Mild symptoms such as headaches or fatigue may occur.

Clothing: Even in summer, temperatures in the mountains can drop significantly at night. Warm layers, windproof jackets, and sturdy hiking shoes are strongly recommended.

Emergency Support: A German-speaking guide will accompany the group throughout the tour and remain available at all times. A 24/7 local emergency contact in Kyrgyzstan, as well as a Germany-based contact person, will be provided for additional support.

Please note: The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road situations, or other unforeseen circumstances in order to ensure safety and the best possible experience.

Payment terms and cancellation policy: 

Payment Terms:

A 20% (290 EUR) deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient).

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 15% administrative fee

• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded

• Less than 14 days before departure or no-show: no refund

Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Flight Delays and Cancellations:
International flights are the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes made by airlines.

If a client arrives later than scheduled due to a flight delay, we will arrange airport pickup accordingly. If arrival is delayed after the group has already departed from Bishkek, we will assist in organizing a transfer to rejoin the group. Any additional transportation, accommodation, or related costs arising from delayed arrival are the responsibility of the client.
